Sometimes the best things don’t come from a brief. When T-Mobile mentioned during a weekly status call that they were unrolling a “Team of Experts” plan to fix customer service, I proactively pitched a comedic “In Memoriam” to painful customer service tropes of the past. The result was a win for the agency and a beautifully-shot :15/:30s spot that said goodbye to all the things we hate about customer sevice.
